Fantastic flavour combination, getting ready in less than 15 minutes, easiest throw-together meal.


  • Prawn, Peeled, Deveined (with or without tale) 800gr 
  • Chopped garlic 4-5 Cloves 
  • Paradis saffron 1 x 100 mg sachet  
  • Butter 3-4 tbls 
  • White wine 1/2 cup 

Serving 2 – 4


Melt your butter on medium/high heat in a pan and add garlic and cook until fragrant. 

Add crushed Paradis saffron to white wine and let it sit.

Add your prawn to the pan and cook for 1-2 min each side.

Add saffron/white wine and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Don’t overcook the prawn.
