Kesar means Saffron flower in Sanskrit and traditionally serves for breakfast. It is mood elevating saffron drink for anytime of the day.

Ingredients

1 cup of water
Cinnamon stick 1
Paradis saffron ½ 100mg sachet
Cardamom 3-4 buds or 1tsp Powder
All spices/Pepper ½ tsp
Sugar/Honey to taste

Instructions

Put water into the pan. Add cinnamon stick, Cardamom, and all spices(pepper) and bring it to boil.
Add crushed Paradis saffron thread, add your home-made almond milk. Leave the lid and Let it simmer for 3-5 min. strain your tea into the cup. Sprinkle few long threads Quality Paradis Saffron on top. Enjoy your Kesar tea (Chai).
If you like to have it with the black tea you may add teabag or loose tea together with your spice.
